1.How do I place an order online?

(1) Choose the products (the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc) you want to purchase, add the item to your cart. 

(2) Click the Checkout button. 

(3) Confirm your delivery information, make sure that your billing address matches the shipping address. Then you can proceed to checkout. 

(4) You can confirm you payment information and choose your payment method. Enter your redemption code if you have one. 

(5) Check the order information before submitting. You need to fill in your credit card information and make sure that the information is authentic and matching. 

(6) Then you receive an email confirmation of the order.


2. Is it safe to use my credit card?

3. What are your payment terms?

We are currently using credit cards payment or tranferwise to receive money for your order. 

4. Tracking Methods

It takes about 10-15 days to arrive at your door, besides, we will process the order within 5 days. In most cases items are received within 10 days, but we say 15 days in case of delays. 5. What are your shipping rates?

The postage depends on the amount of orders. We will provide you tracking number via email when your products are shipped. We strongly recommend that you place your order at least 3 weeks before major holidays to allow sufficient time for delivery as possible.
